New Hope Mobile Home Park
Nestled in the midst of centuries old live oak trees near the center of New Hope Plantation is a restricted low density mobile home park. The park consists of some one hundred large spaces, each 50 x 150 ft., and is serviced by two artesian wells both 1,250 feet deep. The system is operated under a state permit and is fully pressurized and automatic. There is also a complete state approved sewer system on the property. All utilities are located underground.
The mobile home park is in the process of transition to a restricted community for people who enjoy a spacious natural park setting adjacent to the Golden Isles of Georgia. The area enjoys a subtropical climate, but with a full play of the four seasons.
