New Hope Plantation Mobile Home Park
Nestled in the midst of centuries old live oak trees near the center of New Hope Plantation is a restricted low density mobile home park. The Mobile Home Park is near the center of the high ground of Historic New Hope Plantation that dates back to a Crown Grant in 1763 to Henry Laurens who was the second president of the Continental Congress in 1777-1778.
The Mobile Home Park, has been extensively improved and beautified since 1980 and is in the process of transition to a restricted community for people who enjoy a spacious natural park setting adjacent to the Golden Isles of Georgia. The area enjoys a subtropical climate, but with a full play of the four seasons.
